Coach Forehand is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a degree in strength and conditioning which he has used to develop programs for teams and individuals including the Gentlemen of Aspen. He has served with USA Rugby as Youth Development Officer and more recently as a Course Leader in the Coach Development Program where he has traveled around the country delivering courses and collaborating with top coaches in the United States.
Coach Forehand coached wrestling in Michigan before joining the OU Rugby staff in 2001 and has been with the team on a continuous basis since that time serving in several capacities. He has been named to the coaching staff of the Heart of America Collegiate All-star team. His committment to development of the game and belief in community have led him to start programs for local kids and he has ran many camps and seminars to grow the game of rugby. As a presenter for the Positive Coaching Alliance he has impacted the athletic lives of thousands of young athletes by helping their coaches create a better environment to grow and prosper.
Along with his wife Jennifer and daughters Grace and Lizzy, Coach Forehand lives in Norman where he is an educational technology specialist. He is a dedicated member of the community who routinely volunteers time and resources to Norman Public Schools, Habitat for Humanity and other organizations.
